Customized 25% Glass Fiber Filled PTFE Molded Tube with Length 300-50000mm
PTFE has the highest melting point and is capable of continued service at -180-260℃. PTFE is a melt processeble resin capable of continued service at 204℃. PTFE products such as gaskets are used as gasket and packing materials in chemical processing equipment; as electrical insulation for maximum reliability, and in bearings, seals, piston rings and other mechanical applications, especially those require anti-stick characteristics. PTFE has excellent thermal and electrical insulation properties. It has a low coefficient friction.
PTFE Tube is manufactured in two distinct ways
Extruded PTFE tube is the most popular and is relevant to smaller sizes
Moulded PTFE tube is relevant to the diameters over 100mm in size, smaller sizes are also available in extruded form.
PTFE tube has a wide range of practicable temperature from -180℃-+260℃ and a wax-like surface to which anything hardly rods.
PTFE tube has the lowest coefficient of friction of all known solid materials. It has the best electrical properties of all plastics.
