Pure PTFE packing braided by pure PTFE fiber,without PTFE emulsion and grease treatment.
Because it is made of solid woven and flexible adjustable, so with the shaft,packing box can be a good match with excellent corrosion resistance, good self-lubricating and anti-paste.
Pure PTFE packing oil is PTFE wire by a special lubrication, low friction, suitable for dynamic seal pumps. Therefore, the packing is generally not recommended for use on high speed pumps.
PTFE graphite fiber braided packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene wire containing graphite particles. It has a strong tear strength and high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient and it makes it stable and long life.

APPLICATION
Pure PTFE fiber braided packing is a braided packing made of PTFE yarn without soaking any PTFE dispersion and lubrication but with greatly enhanced ability to seal high speed shafts with the addition of inactive and heat-resisting agents.
The application fields of PTFE packing specifically include chemical industry, petrochemical industry, oil refining, chlor-alkali, acid making, phosphate fertilizer, pharmacy, pesticide, chemical fiber, dyeing, coking, gas, organic synthesis, nonferrous smelting, iron and steel, atomic energy and polymer filter materials, production of high-purity products (such as ion-exchange membrane electrolysis), transportation and manipulation of dense materials, and processing and production of foods and beverages with high hygiene requirements.
Also it can be applied to seal all chemicals except molten alkali metals.
