40mm Thick Plastic sheet PE 1000 UHMW plate HDPE 1000 sheet is a type of thermoplastic, which combines the advantage characteristics of all types of plastic, featuring in the excellence of withstanding wear and tear, resisting impact and chemical corrosion, self-lubricating, working against low temperature, being low in abrasion loss, light in weight, absorbing energy, anti-aging, retarding inflaming and preventing build-up of static electricity. UHMWPE board is widely used in the interior lining of the coal house of thermo power plants, coal mines and coking plants etc., the raw material storehouse of cement factories, steel mills and aluminum factories, the granary of food industry, feed stuff industry and pharmaceutical factories as well the hoppers at wharfs. It prevents material sticking, speeds up loading process, significantly reduce clogging. Given that air shot measure is not applied or its use is reduced to great deal in loading process, it is cost effect product. In case it is utilized in lining cabin of bulk ships, it prevents powder material sticking on cabin and reduces the damage to cabin and reduces the damage to cabin wall by loading machinery. With the development of plastic industry, UHMWPE board will be used in more fields.

Being excellent in resisting chemical corrosion; it works against all acid, alkali, salt medium except concentrated sulfuric acid, dense nitric and some organic solvent.
Being free from toxin, smell or exudate.
Good electric resistance, relatively low in water absorption.
High performance in resisting environment stress crack, 200 times of ordinary PE.
Excellent in withstanding low temperature. It doesn’t become fragile even under -180℃ surrounding temperature.
