Bronze Fiber Filled Reinforced PTFE Brown Color Gasket / Ring For Tracks
Description
PTFE gasket, also named gasket, is made by cutting PTFE stick, pipe and sheet into flat shape. V shape gasket or valve annulus. It is anti-corrosive, anti-aging and not electric. PTFE PH value is among 0-14. it can have good mechanical strength at -100℃-100℃. The pressure is 10Mpa. Note: when the temperature is lower than -185℃. PTFE gasket will get brickle. Pure PTFE gasket is a kind of clean product. It won’t pollute any substance it touches. It is widely used in the industry of foodstuff and medicine.
Flat gasket is a conducting medium with good high quality. Our plastic insulators are made of different sizes of plastics materials, such as PTFE, PEEK, POM, ULTEM and so on. According to these materials’ special features, such as excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance performance, waterproof, moisture permeability, which can be fully used for all kinds of machinery. The insulators we made will be high quality, good appearance and good property, which have been applied to the market of USA, Europe and so on.

Virgin PTFE () gaskets are made from 100% pure material which is used in most general applications. It is extremely soft and formable and is often used for chemical resistant seals and gaskets. It possesses the highest physical and electrical insulation properties and has increased resistance to creep(compression) under load.
Filled PTFE () gaskets are made from PTFE which integrates additives and fillers in order to improve the performance of the gaskets. This improves the gaskets ability to wear and enhances its unique combination of chemical, physical and electrical properties. Filled is the most common type of PTFE gasket for industrial use as it exhibits improved mechanical strength compared to virgin PTFE. Glass, carbon and graphite are typical fillers that are used to enhance the mechanical strength of the gasket depending on the application.
